About the Studio
The Student Development Studio is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any school.
What we offer
The site, How to Be a Student, and Task Decoder are educational resources that help students build practical school skills. They are provided for general information and support only. We cannot promise specific grades, results, or outcomes, and the resources are not a substitute for school instruction, tutoring, counselling, or any other professional service.
Task Decoder
Task Decoder is designed to help students understand an assignment and plan their work. It is not designed to do the work for them. It uses AI, so its output may be incomplete or wrong. Students should always check the original assignment instructions and ask their teacher if anything is unclear. Students remain responsible for following their own school’s academic integrity rules.
Using the site
Please use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not try to disrupt it, break into it, or overload it, and do not misuse the waitlist form.
Our content
The text, design, and materials on this site belong to The Student Development Studio unless noted otherwise. You may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please do not copy or redistribute them without permission.
Limits of liability
The site and its resources are provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, The Student Development Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss that comes from using the site or its resources.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time, and the date at the top shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
